Copa Peru semi-final was stopped following a lightning attack on Sport Aguila's Joao Contreras. The 21-year-old Peruvian footballer suffered the hit to his legs during his side's match against Union Fuerza Minera. Both Contreras and an affected linesman are recuperating in the hospital. Contreras 'twitter-ly' described the attack as terribly frightful, with his club grateful no one was killed. Though the official resumption day of the match has not been confirmed, Fuerza Minera said it is likely to continue on Thursday or Friday.
