Chelsea will choose defeat to win matches - Mourinho

Jose Mourinho sets winning above remaining unbeaten in order to win trophies for his side. Chelsea are undefeated after 20 matches in all competitions this season, suggesting Mourinho's side may be looking forward to remaining unbeaten in the Premier league. The Blues, who played a 0-0 draw against Sunderland on Saturday, meet with Tottenham on Wednesday and Mourinho is willing to risk defeat just to win matches. Mourinho said: "One thing is that I don't think it's possible to complete a season unbeaten. The other thing is that we are not playing for that."
