Funny glitch disturbs Pochettino

laughable stoppages irk pochettino

Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino stated disgust over funny glitch that halted yesterday's match twice at Ataturk Olympico stadium. The match which threw Tottenham into a slur of 1-0 to Besiktas was stopped two times due to floodlight failure. The match was disrupted after eight minutes and a minute into injury time. At which times fans illuminated the pitch with lights from their smartphones. Pochettino described the incident as laughable and undignifying for the competition's reputation. Tottenham, who were balded by Besiktas, mismanaged goal chances that were avenged by Cenk Tosun's winning goal. The decisive defeat slipped Spur to second place in their Europa league group.
