I can make Rooney better - Louis van Gaal




Manager Louis van Gaal claims he can make striker Wayne Rooney better though the United player seemed to be doing pretty fine at Manchester United. The 29-year-old has 11 goals in 16 games this season and remains captain for both his club and country. Rooney struck again in United's 3-0 win over Hull on Saturday, moving the club to fourth place with 22 points from 13 games.
