Bundesliga accepts Goal-line technology

Goal-line technology, the hawk-eye method of determining whether the ball has crossed the goal-line, not more or less, has been approved by German Bundesliga for use from next season.

Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund, and 13 others voted in favour of the technology which was turned down last year by 18 top flight clubs.

The technology which started in 2012 FIFA World Cup, crawled into use in 2013-14 Premier League seasons and 2014 Brazil World Cup.

Finally, referees and touchline officials can rest their hearts, as they technically make goal decisions without guessing.
