World Cup Corruption Investigation: FIFA will review Garcia's Report

FIFA plans to review World cup corruption investigation further. This may shake out Russia and Qatar who are the 2018 and 2022 hosts. Investigator Michael Garcia and ethics judge Hans-Joachim Eckert wants Domenico Scala to look into Garcia's 430-page report. Scala's report would then be discussed by the FIFA's Executive Committee. Domenico Scala is a Swiss businessman, whose appointment on Thursday for this task was sudden; an aftermath of Garcia and Eckert meeting in Zurich. All who are implicated by the Garcia report will meet on Dec. 18-19 in Marrakech, Morocco.
