David Whelan threatens to
resign if punished by FA on ground of Cardiff City Vincent Tan's accusation of
racism. FA has made investigation into Whelan's derogatory comment about the
Jewish and Chinese people as a priority. Whelan denied this allegation, stating
he'd resign should FA tag him guilty. In an ITV news interview, David said,
"I do not expect to be found guilty because I'm absolutely anti-racist,
always have been, always will be". The 77-year old is expected to respond
latest Wednesday to the FA statement issued on Friday.
