Manchester defender Micah Richard - I'm "10 times better now" to play in England

Manchester defender Micah Richards says he is far better than he first appeared in England match. The 26-year-old became his country's youngest defender in his England debut against Netherlands in November 2006. The Birmingham-born player's very recent appearance in the national team was in an international friendly against The Netherlands in 2012. Richards was put out when Italian Fabio Capello became the boss of the national team in 2008. Richards says he would love to play for England again, but would not throw himself at manager Roy Hodgson.
