Manchester United Hits More Financial Loss




Manchester United's revenue drops by 10 million pounds for losing qualification in the Champions League. United's gain of 98.5 million pounds by September 2013 cut down to 88.7 million pounds in September 2014. With United fewer home games play, 15.1 million Matchday revenue dropped by 4.2 million pounds. Broadcasting income plummeted from 19.3 to 16.8 million pounds. 59.9 million pounds commercial revenue also hit drop to 56.6 million pounds. And debt climbed 362.2 million from 361 million pounds.

The people arrested are: Current OM president Vincent Labrune, and his two predecessors, Jean-Claude Dassier and Pape Diouf. According to ESPN, these are among around a dozen people being questioned by police over commission and alleged illicit payments made on transfers involving the Ligue 1 outfit.
