Balotelli returning to Italy is 'Impossible' - says agent

Agent Mino Raiola, Mario Balotelli's agent, says its impossible for the Liverpool striker to return to Inter Milan where Roberto Mancini now sits as boss. Balotelli has failed to score a goal in this Premier League for failing Liverpool who maintains the 12th place so far this season. The 24-year-old has been struggling since his move from AC Milan to Liverpool this summer, coupled with criticism from Anfield faithful. Raiola told La Gazzetta dello Sport: "A return to Inter? Impossible. Not for Mancini but for other reasons that are not worth talking about. Not even Naples [Napoli]. Mario isn't going back to Italy." The Liverpool striker is confident he will reclaim his goalscoring flair and soon return into form.

Chelsea won't sign new players - Jose Mourinho

Chelsea will make no signings in the January transfer window, says manager Jose Mourinho. The team has enough capable and balanced players to even out in the coming competitions. The Blues have six matches before January 1, with the first starting today against Hull City. Mourinho plans to rest his senior players for this Yuletide season, saying he is doubtful any one player should appear in all the six matches. The manager has granted his European-based players a two-day 'holiday' to rest and 'have a nice dinner with their families'. The former Real Madrid manager's side meets Hull City in the Premier league today. Petr Cech will replace injured skipper goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois in the Hull City face-off. Cesc Fabregas is ruled out for suspension and midfielder Nemanja Matic joins the squad after ban.
