Thiago Silva gives his blessing as Neymar gets captain-band

Thiago Silva has made peace with his teammate, Neymar and also with his coach Dunga over the issue of handing out the captain band from him to 22 year old Barcelona forward, Neymar.

Following speculations over Silva's disapproval of the action taken to relieve him as the Brazilian team captain, the Brazilian defender has said that he meant no harm and that he loves Neymar like a brother. He also said he had reconciled with his coach Dunga. Silva, 30, said he felt that he should have been informed rather than him being suddenly stripped of the captain role.

Thiago has confirmed that all grievances have been settled and he would fully support Neymar as a captain and give the best to the national team.
