WEEKEND UPDATE: BARCELONA IN SHAMEFUL DRAW AGAINST REAL SOCIEDAD

Barcelona was outplayed in Real Sociedad's home but managed to steal a draw. In the first half, Barcelona had just a handful of shots on goal but Real Sociedad took the game from Barcelona and Barcelona was virtually finding it difficult to concentrate and get the ball on the ground.

The Barcelona defense also was really unstable during the match as Pique and Mascherano could keep the defense together. Real Sociedad kept on pressing until Willian Jose got a header that should have been cleared by Pique.

But about six minutes later, Messi took a strike at goal with a pass from Neymar and Barcelona was leveled with the home team. At this point, Luis Enrique would have thought his team was back in the game but Real Sociedad took the game out of the Catalans hands again kept on pressing.

Barcelona luckily went back home with a draw. From the match statistics, it is quite obvious that a Routine Check for Enrique's defense is long overdue.
