"BARCELONA ORGANIZATION TRUMPS INDIVIDUAL TALENT" SAYS MESSI




In an interview with Guillem Balague, Messi was asked some questions that most people often wonder about. He was asked which one was more important in football, "Organisation or Talent"?


According to Sky Sports, Messi said he always gives the same answers everytime he's asked that question. And he answered, "Organisation is more important". He said it[Organisation] is more important especially in this era because you must work as a team and no one person can do it by himself.

He went on to say that Barcelona doesn't arrange it's game on anyone person. He went on to say that Barcelona is a team with beautiful and talented players who play as a team and achieve together.

Thierry Henry quits Red Bulls
