COUNTINHO'S ABSENCE NOT AN EXCUSE FOR KLOPP




Liverpool manager Klopp has shown his dismay with the current health status of Philippe Coutinho. But he has also said that Coutinho's absence is not an excuse for Liverpool.

After scan, doctors report noted that Coutinho will be out for six weeks. He may be arriving back at the Anfield after the New Year with a game against Manchester City.

Klopp has remained calm about this and thinks Liverpool can do just fine without the playmaker. But Liverpool legend Jamie Carragher thinks otherwise. He was caught to have said, "It could be huge. He's Liverpool's best player". He went on to say, "It is a worry going forward and it will affect them".

I guess we will see about that.
