After a couple of disappointing results, Conte can take the credit for a much improved Chelsea after changing formation from the four-man defence strategy to 3-4-3 formation.

Conte was voted Serie A's Coach of the Year three consecutive times during his time at Juventus. This will be his first in England and he is ready to win more. He dedicated the award to his team.
