The Premier League leaders are yet to win a trophy since Jose Mourinho returned to the club as manager in the summer of 2013
But Ivanovic has won every major trophy in England and in Europe since moving to Stamford Bridge in 2008, scoring the winning goal in the 2013 Europa League final against Benfica.
Tottenham produced a remarkable performance last time they faced the Blues, winning 5-3 when the sides met at White Hart Lane on New Year’s Day. However, they have not won a trophy since 2008, when they beat Chelsea 2-1 after extra time in the same competition.
Nemanja Matic is a notable absentee for Chelsea on Sunday, but Ivanovic, who has scored four goals in his last six appearances, believes his side have the advantage over their London rivals. ‘We know what we have to do," he said. "It’s definitely going to be a very tough game but we are ready and we are looking forward to it.
"We want it. You have this special feeling inside you when a final is coming and we all want the game to start right now. I think our team like to play these kinds of games. Everyone at this club knows how to play finals. Footballers want to play finals, footballers want to win trophies. That’s why we are here."
