CHELSEA DEMAND AC MILAN COUGH UP FOR VAN GINKEL

AC Milan must cough up to Chelsea over their loan deal for Marco van Ginkel.

Van Ginkel is on a season-long loan at Milan, but has been plagued by injury.
Corriere dello Sport says the Dutchman's loan fee - €1 million - included a discount on appearances.
If Van Ginkel had made 20 appearances, Milan would've enjoyed a 50 per cent discount.
But reaching that mark is now impossible and Chelsea will insist on the full fee from the Rossoneri.
