Shock as Cavani says he does not need to be friends with Neymar...




After the stint between Cavani and PSG newbie Neymar Jr, there was a reconciliation between the two South American Internationals. But it seems there was really no reconciliation at all between the Uruguayan and the Brazilian.
In an interview with SFR Sport, Cavani said PSG needs to be a competitive team. He added that he and Neymar did not need to be friends to achieve that.

He said:
"The penalty case, that's in the past,
"These are things that happen in football.

"We must find the solution together and function as a team. We need to be a competitive team, but we do not need to be friends. You have to be professional, and afterwards everyone has their own life."
