Brazil, who currently tops the South American charts for World Cup qualifiers, drew with Bolivia amid horrible circumstances such as 12,000ft above sea-level in La Paz when they played against Bolivia. Neymar didn't hesitate to vent out his disappointment on Instagram as they were forced to use oxygen after the game. Here is what he wrote in English
