Liverpool sets new record for UEFA Champions League biggest wins; some pics as they arrive back in England




Liverpool mercilessly thrashed Slovenian side Maribor despite being at Maribor's home. As Liverpool netted seven goals against the Slovenian side with the aid of Mohamed Salah, Roberto Firmino, Trent Alexander-Arnord, Philippe Coutinho, and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, they were able to break into the third position of the biggest wins in the Champions League. But still, Liverpool were not able to beat their record biggest win in the UEFA Champions League in November 2007 against Besiktas at Anfield which ended 8-0.
