Manchester City ready to make a bid of £358 million for Lionel Messi in January




Following uncertainties in Messi's contract renewal at Barcelona, Manchester City believe they can smartly move in to move the striker from Camp Nou into the Etihad. City feel their chances are high because Messi have been having subtle clashes with the Barcelona president Josep Bartomeu.
