Chelsea has concluded that he may not reach the potential that he once showed and are allowing him to make a move to Chinese Super League clubside Tianjin TEDA - if he chooses to - on a weekly salary of £140,000.

By the way, who says he cannot still reach that potential he once displayed over a decade ago?
