New Chinese Super League rule shuts down Costa move; Tianjin club owner laments


CSL has made new rules concerning the number of foreign players that can be signed by clubs. And they have said the rules were made to reduce "irrational investment".

Owner of Chinese club Tianjin Shu Yuhui said he had already drawn up contracts for Falcao and Costa but the deals have broken down due to the new rules. He also said he was planning to sign Cavani and Benzema as well but laments as it won't be possible under the new regulations.
