Chinese Super League Shanghai Shenhua has made a bold step in making an attempt to buy England captain Wayne Rooney. They are offering him £500,000 a week for his services. They hope he will consider in the summer windows and join his former teammate Carlos Tevez.
Rooney's contract runs till 2019.
