Barcelona re-affirms their confidence in Messi's new contract


Amid rumours that Lionel Messi is not comfortable with Barcelona as a result of his dissatisfaction of the new contract terms. But Barca president Josep Bartomeu has expressed confidence in the new contract renovations.

According to the Mirror UK, the technical secretary Robert Fernandez said, "Leo's renovation is going very well, well.

"I'm very relaxed, as I was before with [Javier] Mascherano, [Sergio] Busquets, [Luis] Suarez or Neymar."
