Chelsea Conte targets Swansea Fernando Llorente for January transfers


As Chelsea manager Antonio Conte plans to buff up his attacking force, he has got his eyes fixed on Swansea striker Fernando Llorente.

Llorente played under Conte in Juventus and Conte sure knows what the player can deliver and what he can't. Meanwhile West Ham utility player Michail Antonio still remain on Conte's transfer wishlist.
