Klopp has been given £40million to spend if he needs to tighten his squad.

Reports have it that he has eyes of Leverkusen winger Julian Brandt and Arsenal midfielder Oxlade-Chamberlain, although he has denied links to Chamberlain.

Furore over the Marseille sales of Didier Drogba and Samir Nasri into Chelsea and Arsenal respectively escalated to more arrests on Tuesday. The people arrested are: Current OM president Vincent Labrune, and his two predecessors, Jean-Claude Dassier and Pape Diouf. According to ESPN, these are among around a dozen people being questioned by police over commission and alleged illicit payments made on transfers involving the Ligue 1 outfit.
