Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos took aim at Barcelona rival Gerard Pique after Spain's Euros win over Macedonia.

Ramos was asked about the jeering of Spain fans towards Pique and the Real ace declared his international teammate had brought a lot of the problems on himself.

Ramos is quoted by Sport: "For the rivalry between Madrid and Barcelona, his past actions do not help anything.

"We all make mistakes, I am the first. Everyone must assume their mistakes. For me, I cannot think or remember someone other than myself when I celebrate something. When you're in that state of joy, some go a little far.

"He's a veteran, I am sure this will serve for the future."
