Inter Milan boss Mancini delighted to edge derby win

Inter Milan boss Roberto Mancini was delighted with their derby win over AC Milan. Fredy Guarin struck the only goal of the game to earn the points for Inter.

Chelsea won't sign new players - Jose Mourinho

Chelsea will make no signings in the January transfer window, says manager Jose Mourinho.
