Chelsea soars on top of Premier League table as they defeat Sunderland



With the heat going on throughout the Premier League, Chelsea has kept on proving game after game why they are the league toppers.

Tonight's win against Sunderland will make 7 straight wins for Conte's Men. Fabregas scored in the 40th minute and Chelsea kept the game on that level till the end.

Chelsea maintain top spot in the Premier League with 40 points.
