UEFA Champions League Final: Real Madrid win UEFA Champions League; Breaks record and win back to back

Real Madrid win UEFA Champions League and break back to back history

Congratulations to Real Madrid!!

No team has been able to win the Champions League back-to-back since it replaced the straight knockout competition that was called the European Cup in the 1992/93 season. Real Madrid has done it with Zinedine Zidane being at the top of it for both years.

Real Madrid also just won the La Liga trophy two weeks ago.
