Football should evolve and change to a 60-minutes match, IFAB proposes to FIFA




So, the International Football Association Board believe that Football needs to evolve and here are some of the radical changes that the technical director David Elleray proposed:

..60 minutes of actual playing time

..Penalties when keeper handle backpasses

..Penalty goal for handling on the line

..Players can dribble from free-kicks and corners

..Ball does not need to be stationary for set-pieces
