Totti confirms Retirement; to take up role of Club Director at Roma




After speculations that Roma legend Francesco Totti would be retiring in the summer, Totti has accepted an offer from Roma as club director. This may be the final signal of Totti's resignation.

Furore over the Marseille sales of Didier Drogba and Samir Nasri into Chelsea and Arsenal respectively escalated to more arrests on Tuesday. The people arrested are: Current OM president Vincent Labrune, and his two predecessors, Jean-Claude Dassier and Pape Diouf. According to ESPN, these are among around a dozen people being questioned by police over commission and alleged illicit payments made on transfers involving the Ligue 1 outfit.
