Former Manchester City goalkeeper who left Man City as he wasn't able to blend in with his new coach Pep Guardiola has joined West Ham on loan.

Sky Sources understand that West Ham will pay City £4.5m to get Hart to West Ham for next season. Meanwhile the sum covers a contribution to the player's wages and a loan fee.
