Why Harry Kane is BETTER for Wayne Rooney than Arsenal and Liverpool's stars

The Tottenham star made his England debut last Friday scoring 79 seconds after coming on against Lithuania.

Kane then started against Italy in the 1-1 draw in Turin. And Keown thinks he's more intelligent than both Welbeck and Sturridge - when it comes to linking up with the Three
Lions captain.
"Kane looks an intelligent player with an excellent first touch," Keown said.
"The Italians didn’t give him much space but he was very
clever looking for Rooney.
"it was refreshing to see the two developing something of an
old-fashioned partnership.

"They intelligently looked for each other, and the link play
was good – that’s not something you see when Rooney plays
with Welbeck or Sturridge.

"Kane is technically good and links so well so in a way I’m
struggling to work out why it’s taken him this long to reach
this level."
