Palace have announced pre-tax profits of £23million following last season’s return to the Premier League – a leap from £3.5 million the previous year
And Pardew wants to use the cash to bankroll a summer spending spree that will bring in three or four new faces to Selhurst Park.
The Eagles manager said: “We’re starting to look at next
season. What it suggests is the club is on a great financial
footing.
Alan Pardew is aiming to take Crystal Palace to the top 10
next season
“We’re trying to improve not just the football team but the
facilities at the stadium and the training ground. We've got
a good base of players here.
And he added: “Three of four additions to the group we
have in the summer and we could be a strong candidate for
the top 10.
“We need to recruit well, it’s the key in the Premier League
to progress.”
