Arsenal in talks with Borussia Dortmund chief scout over move to the Emirates

According to Sky Sports, Arsenal have begun discussions with Borussia Dortmund highly reputable scout chief, Sven Mislintat about a switch to come over to the Reds. Arsenal intend to appoint him as de facto head of recruitment where he would oversee recruitment alongside current chief scout Steve Rowley.
