BBC reports that Fenerbahce are holding talks with Diego Costa's representatives about bring Costa on a loan to Turkey. The Turkish league's transfer window doesn't close until Friday which gives Costa's reps some hours to seal the loan transfer. Costa may look into this loan as he has not met the condition given to him by Atletico before they can buy him.
