"We would not party if we don't come first" says Manchester United midfielder Michael Carrick

Manchester United midfielder Michael Carrick has come out to say that Man U won't be celebrating if they don't win the Premier League.

He also said that apart from winning the League, Manchester United cannot afford not to secure a place in the UEFA Champions League for the second time.

He told the Daily Mirror, "It's not something we'd celebrate, if we finishsed third, fourth or even second,

"You only celebrate when you win, but the Champions League is a big part of this club. It's where you want to play, it's where the best players want to play."
