So touching! Manchester City's Captain Vincent Kompany grants dying wish to City fan with cancer

An aged Manchester City fan got one of his dying wishes granted while still alive as inspirational Man City captain Vincent Kompany suddenly visited him.

David Burns, 74, who is diagnosed with a terminal throat cancer expressed to his children and grandchildren that he would like to meet one of the City heroes. His family made all efforts to get Kompany to come see David.
