Conte has revealed according to Sky Sports how he is concerned about players and their happiness but is more concerned about winning. With Terry considering leaving the Stamford Bridge and Costa undecided about his future on Chelsea, Conte has still made it clear that he is more concerned about winning than any other thing because that's his job.

According to Sky Sports, he said...

"The most important thing, the target, is to win, not to try to have 21 players happy,

"I want to be happy, but I'm happy if we win. Not if we lose and have 21 players happy."
