Xavi took it upon himself to compliment Real Madrid and German midfielder Toni Kroos as he believes Kroos was largely instrumental to Madrid's La Liga trophy.
He said: "I think that Kroos is the engine of Real Madrid"
"He has a way of playing that reminds me a lot of myself. He is like my successor on the field."
