With Man City scouts certain that he is worth their money, reports claim that they may have to pay £34.9 million which eclipses the current world-record fee £32.6 million which was paid by Juventus to Parma in 2001 for Gianluigi Buffon.

Chelsea won't sign new players - Jose Mourinho

Chelsea will make no signings in the January transfer window, says manager Jose Mourinho. The team has enough capable and balanced players to even out in the coming competitions. The Blues have six matches before January 1, with the first starting today against Hull City.
