Chelsea players were seen on the streets of a rain-saoked Birmingham city centre in the early morning hours in Friday.

Chelsea boss Antonio Conte took them on a walk ahead of their clash with West Brom later tonight. Conte was also seen with PFA Player of the Year N'golo Kante.
