Following their failed attempts to move Costa out of the Stamford Bridge during the January mid-season transfer windows, Chinese Super League clubs are at it again.

According to Sky Sources, Tianjin Quanjian are moving to Chelsea forward Diego Costa. They are reportedly offering him a weekly pay [after tax] of £650,000
