Chelsea captain John Terry announces plan to leave Stamford Bridge by the end of the season


Captain Fantastic John Terry who has played 713 times for Chelsea since his debut in 1998 has announced his plan to leave Chelsea by the end of the season.

..John Terry started as a midfield but as a result of a shortage of central defenders in West Ham, he was moved to the position of centre-back, the position he plays today

..His debut game in Chelsea was 28 October, 1998 where he came in as a late substitute against Aston Villa
..Terry is the most successful Chelsea captain having led them to 4 Premier League titles, 4 FA Cups, 3 League Cups. and 1 UEFA Champions League.
