Leicester City got their £21m bid for Jonny Evans rejected but Manchester City is not giving up on the West Brom defender. According to the Daily Mirror, they intend to make a fresh bid for the 29-year old Irish man.

Furore over the Marseille sales of Didier Drogba and Samir Nasri into Chelsea and Arsenal respectively escalated to more arrests on Tuesday.
