After Madrid ended 2017 with a below-par performance, manager Zinedine Zidane must have hoped for a better performance in the year 2018. Argentine Footballer dies after attack

33-year-old Argentine footballer, Franco Neito, fell dead after taking a stone hit to his head following an attack from three hooligans. The Tiro Federal club captain was nailed down after the match against Chacarita Juniors in Aimogasta, north-west Argentina. The victim was operated on on Tuesday but died on Wednesday.
